Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service. By booking with Apex Play Rentals, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Age Requirement

All renters must be 18 years of age or older. By creating an account and placing a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if this requirement is not met upon verification.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to the availability of the equipment.
• To confirm a booking, the Renter must create an account, complete identity verification, and pay a non-refundable Booking Fee online. This fee reserves the equipment for the selected dates.
• A refundable Security Deposit must be paid upon delivery of the equipment. The specific deposit amount will be clearly displayed at the time of booking.

3. Renter's Responsibilities

• The Renter is fully responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery until it is returned to and inspected by the Company.
• The Renter agrees to use the equipment in a careful and proper manner, consistent with its intended use. Any form of misuse, tampering, or attempt to open the console or its accessories is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of damage, loss, or theft of the equipment, the Renter is liable for the full cost of repair or replacement. This cost may be deducted from the Security Deposit, and the Renter will be billed for any remaining amount.

4. Cancellation Policy

• The Renter may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of the rental period via their account dashboard.
• The Booking Fee paid to confirm the reservation is strictly **non-refundable** under any circumstances, as it is used to reserve the rental slot.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental period are not permitted and will not be refunded.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bokaro, Jharkhand.
